EXCHANGE
You can exchange a non-used product at NO CHARGE for a size  EXCHANGE in the 15 days following the date of purchase . When returning a product to our warehouse, it is really important for the tags to still be attached to that item.
You need to fill the RETURN FORM 
In order to effectively treat your product exchange, it is important to indicate this information on the return form.
- Details of the product you are exchanging (model,color,size)
- Reason for the exchange
- the new desired size

REFUND 
You may return an unused product for a full refund ( with the exception of the shipping fees) within 15 days following the date of purchase.
The client is responsable for the shipping costs for the return of  the goods to our warehouse.
The refund will be completed directly on the credit card used during  the purchase in the 7 to 14 days following the reception on your return parcel at our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to a 15 business days delay before the refund can appear on your bank statement.
It is really important for the tags to still be attached to the item you are returning.

*If the product is defective when unpacking or if a mistake has been made when preparing you order, we will cover the return fees. In the case, please contacte us BEFORE returning the product so we can analyse the situation.
 ** The products can't be worn and must still include their original tags attached.
*** Coco Mango Swimwear reserves the right to review the general condition of the returned product before processing any refund.
 
FINAL SALES
The items purchased during promotions are FINAL SALES and are not exchangeable or refundable.
If you would still wish to carry out an EXCHANGE of some final sale items, delivery charges to our warehouse and for the return of your shipping invoice.
** We do not guarantee the availability of the desired products at the time of the exchange request. The exchange will be available based on the available inventory at the time of the reception of the parcel at our warehouse.
 
If ever the desired product is not available at the time of the exchange processing, a credit will be emitted by e-mail as a promotional code. Fees of 12$ will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the products sent back to our warehouse.
 
*** A delay of 10 days MAXIMUM following the reception of your parcel is allocated in order to carry out an exchange of final sale products. Beyond this period, the exchange won't be processed.
